Carnival of fairy tale characters

Children of our kindergarten and all partners met via Skype. The children demonstrated  made ​​from waste material suits fantastic heroes of the "European" tales.

Costumes were making parents with children and teachers, which showed an extraordinary imagination and creativity.  

In the manufacture were used bags, boxes, old newspapers and other materials.

Meeting in Bulgaria

19-21 March 2014 the partners met in Bulgaria, where participants got acquainted with the traditions and the education system in this country. Partners were exchanging  new pages for Magic Book, visited excursions and children from Bulgaria presented  performances. Took part in international conference "Encouraging creativity through projekt work", which was attended by representatives from 15 countries.

Olympics 2014

March 6 in our kindergarten conducted annual traditional Olympics.On this day, met the team from the Tallinn kindergartens. Olympics opened the guest of honor - Vice Mayor  of Tallinn Michael  Kylvart.

February 14: Valentine's Day - Children  exchange cards in the shape of heart (valentines) with assurances of love and friendship.

February 24: Independence Day - Children celebrate the day of 96th anniversary of the Estonian Republic.

Independence Day of the Republic of Estonia

February 24: Independence Day

The Republic of Estonia was founded on 24 February 1918, when the Salvation Committee (Päästekomitee) declared the independence of the Republic of Estonia. This date was celebrated as Independence Day until the Soviet occupation of Estonia in 1940.

Friendship Day or Valentine's Day

Happy Friendship Day

In Estonia celebrate a holiday like Valentine's Day, which is called the Friendship day. On this day people give flowers, cards, heart-shaped, often poetic, love texts (poems) - valentine. Friends exchange cards in the shape of heart (valentines) with assurances of love and friendship.

Activities in January

Children and their favorite books

 Children brought to kindergarten their favorite books,read stories and discussed them.

History books and excursions in museums

Children learned about methods of paper creation in former times and saw different kinds of paper.

Children visited the library, where they learned about the history of the book and saw a large variety of books.

Creating a book

Children created a book with own pictures. For this  they used modern technology about which learned in the classroom.

Own books

Children with their parents at home have created books with interesting stories and pictures.
